Terms of Service

Effective 10 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-10

In short

  • Show Day HQ is a business tool for artist managers, booking agencies and event companies. You must be 18 or older and using it for work.
  • Your data is yours. We only use it to run the Service for you. Nobody at The Right Management looks at it unless you ask us to in writing, the law requires it, or there is a security incident.
  • Delete your company or account at any time and your data is deleted straight away. If your subscription ends, you have 30 days to download your data, and then it is permanently deleted.
  • You are responsible for the contacts you upload and the messages you send. No spam.
  • Indian law applies. Disputes go to the courts at Chandigarh, within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and The Right Management, a GST-registered business in India ("The Right Management", "we", "us"), which operates Show Day HQ (the "Service"), including its website, web app, company sub-addresses and custom domains, public proposal and show links, and any self-hosted copy we license.

By creating an account, ticking the consent box at sign-up, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Data Processing Terms and our Security commitments, which form part of these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means both you and that company (the "Customer").

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It is generated by a computer system and does not need a physical or digital signature.

2. Who can use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • The Service is for business use only. It is not for personal, family or household use and it is not designed for children.
  • You must give accurate sign-up details and keep them up to date.
  • You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or terminated your access for breach of these Terms.

3. Accounts, companies and team members

  • Each company works in its own workspace. The person who creates it is its owner. Owners and admins can add team members up to the seat limit of the plan.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and your workspace, including by your team members. Keep your password secret and tell us straight away at info@therightmanagement.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • The workspace belongs to the Customer, not to individual team members. Owners control who has access and can remove members at any time.
  • People you invite to a show get a Show Day–only login. They must accept these Terms when they create it, and you are responsible for whom you invite.

4. Plans, free trial and payment

  • The Service is offered on Basic, Pro and Enterprise plans. Features, limits and prices are as shown on our pricing page or in your order at the time you subscribe.
  • New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial of Pro. No card is needed for the trial. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to Basic unless you choose a plan.
  • Fees are charged in Indian Rupees, in advance, for each monthly or yearly billing period. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. We issue GST-compliant invoices.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, including for a part of a billing period, except where Indian law requires a refund or we agree otherwise in writing.
  • If a payment fails or is overdue, we may limit the workspace to Basic features or suspend it after giving you notice.
  • We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.
  • Enterprise plans, custom pricing and self-hosted licenses may be covered by a separate order form. If an order form conflicts with these Terms, the order form wins for that point.

5. Your data

Customer Data means everything you or your team put into the Service: artists, clients, enquiries, proposals, show itineraries, contacts, follow-up numbers and messages, files and branding.

  • You own your Customer Data. You give us a limited permission to host, store, copy, transmit and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, to keep it secure, and to meet our legal obligations. This permission ends when the data is deleted.
  • We never sell your Customer Data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
  • No access by our staff. No one at The Right Management, including our developers, opens, reads or reviews your Customer Data, except: (a) when an owner or admin of your workspace asks us to in writing for support, and only for that request; (b) when Indian law, a court or a government authority with legal power requires it; or (c) to investigate and fix a security incident or a serious breach of these Terms. Where the law allows, we will tell you when this happens.
  • For personal data about other people inside your Customer Data (for example your clients, artists and crew), you are the Data Fiduciary and we act as your Data Processor. The Data Processing Terms explain both sides' duties.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your Customer Data and for having the right to upload it and to contact the people in it.

6. Deleting your data and leaving

  • Delete your company: an owner can delete the company workspace in Settings. Everything in it, including uploaded files, is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
  • Delete your account: any user can delete their own account in Settings. If you are the only owner of a company, that company and all its data are deleted too.
  • Subscription ends: whether you cancel part-way through a billing period or at the end of it, or the subscription ends for any other reason, the workspace stays available for 30 days so you can download your data or change your mind. After 30 days, all Customer Data is permanently deleted.
  • Deleted data is removed from our rolling backups within 30 days.
  • We keep only what Indian law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records for the period required by GST law, and limited security logs for the period required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. These do not include your Customer Data.
  • Owners and admins can download a full copy of the workspace data at any time from Settings → Account & data.

7. Public links

Proposals, show links, rider downloads and calendar feeds can be shared through a link. Anyone who has such a link can open it without signing in, so only share it with people who should see it. Links use long random codes and stop working when you unpublish or delete them. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk or promotional messages, or messages to people who have asked you to stop, or break the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations or similar rules;
  • break WhatsApp's or Meta's terms and policies when using the WhatsApp sending features. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp and you are responsible for them;
  • upload personal data you have no right to use, or use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate or discriminate against anyone;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, obscene or harmful content, or any content prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
  • upload viruses or malicious code, or try to get around plan limits, security controls or the separation between companies;
  • probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission (please report issues responsibly; see our Security page);
  • copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or build a competing product from the Service, except as allowed by a self-hosted license or by law;
  • scrape the Service or overload it with automated requests.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks this section, and we will act on valid orders from courts and government authorities as required by Indian law.

9. Self-hosted Enterprise licenses

  • An Enterprise customer may receive a license key to run its own copy of the Service. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the number of companies and the term in the key and order form.
  • On a self-hosted copy, the customer runs its own servers and database and is solely responsible for that environment, its security, backups and the personal data in it. Our Privacy Policy does not cover data on a self-hosted copy, and we have no access to it.
  • When the license ends, the software keeps working for a short grace period and then stops until the license is renewed. You may not share, publish or resell the software or the license key.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and documentation belong to The Right Management and its licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the Service while your subscription is active. They do not transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on trusted providers to run (listed in our Privacy Policy) and links out to services such as WhatsApp and maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless an Enterprise order form says otherwise. We may need to carry out maintenance, and we may improve, change or retire features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice.

13. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service, cancel your subscription or delete your company or account at any time.
  • We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or legal risk, or if the law requires us to.
  • When access ends, section 6 (deleting your data) applies. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example payment owed, liability and governing law) survive.

14. Disclaimers

Apart from the commitments in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent Indian law allows, we do not give any other warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Show Day HQ is a tool. It does not take part in, and is not responsible for, any booking, payment, performance or event between you and your clients, artists or vendors.

15. Limitation of liability

  • Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • These limits do not apply where Indian law does not allow liability to be limited, including for fraud.

16. Your responsibility to us

You will compensate us for third-party claims, penalties and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Data, the messages you send, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, both sides will try in good faith to settle any dispute by writing to each other for at least 30 days. Subject to that, the courts at Chandigarh, within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Grievances and contact

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about the Service or any content on it can be sent to the Grievance Officer, The Right Management at info@therightmanagement.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

20. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • Not enforcing a right straight away does not mean we have waived it.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, and will tell you if we do.
  • Neither side is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  • These Terms, with the documents they refer to and any order form, are the entire agreement about the Service.
  • We send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to info@therightmanagement.in.
